Sun of a Beach Cottage – Located in West Yarmouth, this cozy 3-bedroom cottage is just under 1/2 mile from the nearest beach. Fully renovated with all the comforts you need, it features a relaxing hot tub, an outdoor bar, a fenced backyard, and an outdoor shower. Perfect for a family getaway with modern amenities and a peaceful setting.

Shore Thing Cottages – Nestled in the heart of Dennis Port, Shore Thing Cottages offer an authentic Cape Cod experience just 1/2 mile or a short walk to 4 ocean beaches along Nantucket Sound. These 1- and 2-bedroom dog-friendly cottages are perfect for couples or small families, with lake view, outdoor showers, firepit, and all the essentials for a memorable stay. Located close to Dennis Port’s vibrant local scene, guests will enjoy nearby shopping, restaurants, miniature golf, bakeries, and bike trails. A delightful retreat for those seeking a true Cape escape with modern comforts.

Sun of a Beach Cottage – West Yarmouth

• Accommodates: Up to 6 guests (3 Bedrooms)
• Amenities: Full kitchen with cooking essentials, outdoor patio with dining area, deck, gas grill, outdoor furniture with a wood fire pit, gazebo with hot tub and bar lounge, and a pergola.
• Location: Just 0.4 miles from a beach on Lewis Bay, or a short drive to 4 ocean beaches along Nantucket Sound, including the popular Seagull Beach (5-minute drive).

Shore Thing Cottages – Dennis Port

• Accommodates: Ideal for couples or small families (1 or 2 Bedrooms)
• Amenities: Dog-friendly, full kitchen with cooking essentials, outdoor shower, gas grill, wood fire pit with lake views, and a charming outdoor area for relaxing.
• Location: Only a short walk to Nantucket Sound beaches – Glendon Road Beach (0.5 miles, 12-minute walk), Sea Street Beach (0.6 miles, 14-minute walk), and a quick drive to South Village Beach (4-minute drive). Cape Cod Bay beaches like Mayflower Beach are just a 17-minute drive away.

BIKING IN CAPE COD 

Cape Cod’s 399 square miles of terrain and 559.6 miles of coastline make the destination an idyllic locale for cyclists!

One surefire way to get the heart pumping and really see the Cape is the vast array of bikeways that are scenic, stimulating and certain to keep you fit. One of the highlights is the Cape Cod Rail Trail, a 25-mile paved pathway stretching from Yarmouth to Wellfleet, perfect for cyclists of all ages and skill levels. This trail takes you through quaint towns, pine forests, cranberry bogs, and along pristine lakes, allowing riders to immerse themselves in Cape Cod’s diverse landscapes.  In addition to the Rail Trail, there are other nearby paths, including the Shining Sea Bikeway in Falmouth, a coastal route that runs along Vineyard Sound, and the Nickerson State Park trails, offering a mix of paved and mountain biking paths through woods and around kettle ponds.
